If this first well works I hope to see 5 dollars US in value, and I say that based on the comparison with Evergreen which has about 10 million out and a similar play and sells at about 15 US( I know it is more advanced but that is only a matter of time if this hits). If they are smart enough NOT to get a partner and let each well set pay for the next set we will see MUCH higher prices eventually(vs a lower price, still high, sooner). However I do not think the Majors would let them be and would probably make a buyout offer. What they need to know is what the coal rank is and what the permeability is and what the average well will cost and what the production rate will be. Then they need to know how uniform the field is. However there are several things in their favor which include their closeness to the market and that they now have top geologists working on the project. A big risk would be that the rise is the stock price might temp excess share placements. So far the share structure looks very good but this is something to keep an eye on. I feel very optimistic at this point that we will get the big hit we hope for. Time will tell us the answer very shortly. I think Portugal is pretty likely and sounds like lots of fun.
