Earnings Report Extension Filed by SOLP With SEC on 12/29 Hello, I talked to Peter in SOLP's payroll department regarding earnings. He indicated that a fifteen (15) day filing extension was made. Earnings are delayed until January 15th but may be reported before the fifteen (15) days are exhausted. Uh, Oh....... sec.gov Item #3 on the filing comforts me just a little. <<Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earnings statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof?>> [ ] Yes [X] No Regards, Tom
