To Glenn and others: Have you ever heard of a company moving quarterly earnings results out a few days so as not to be reporting one day prior to options expiration ? The management of a company with a volatile stock price may feel the options expiration occuring nearly simultaneously with the release of quarterly results only encourages further volatility in the short term. ? Secondly, could it be a situation where the outside auditors may simply want an extra day or two, after all ASND is a growing company and it may take longer to close the books and complete the audit ? Yours thoughts please.
