Short interest dropped to 2,481,939 shares, down from 2,635,162 shares in the previous two weeks. FWIW, the current short interest is the lowest reported in the last 52 weeks. It will be interesting to see if the next reporting shows much of a change in the short interest as a result of the high volume we saw a couple days ago. Regardless, the little bump earlier this last week lasted not much longer than an adult female Mayfly's lifespan. Wikipedia: Dolania americana has the shortest lifespan of any mayfly: the adult females of the species live for less than five minutes.
