Juliand. Nice try, but you are wasteing your time here. He knows it all and you will not be able to change his mind. He's got this thing about the company. He will pick apart your reply. He replys with RegS when in fact it was a Reg "D". He hi lite sites that do not back his position but just presented to confuse the reader. I have gotten use to it. He makes a big point of the short position not being reported and then states why. From my understanding, the short position was less then 10,000 in October. Never bother to see what it was for November since none was reported for November. He a more sophisticated investor then you. He will tell you that. Jim
