Here is a hint for you, the courts exist for other reasons than to decide cases for racists. Many of the cases, and they are rare, don't get decided in the favor of the racists. Because they have no actual basis in reality. Let's take the example of college admissions. There are roughly 4500 such institutions in the US. Of those, about 200 have race as one of the many criteria for admissions. Now since you are not the sharpest spoon the drawer, that means 4300 or so don't use race at all. Oh yeah, and 4300 is much larger than around 200.

UT is one of the 200. According to your claims, none of the 4300 institutions that don't use race at all as a criterion should have no minorities. But they do. In significant numbers.

So your statement "very few would be admitted to colleges or have jobs that require more intelligence than picking up garbage or cleaning a urinal." is false on the face of it. And you are a liar.
