I didn't have any problem remotely like that (otherwise I wouldn't have posted it).

I'm on a Windows 10 PC. I have noscript in my browser, keeps scripts and flash and java from running unless I enable them. The page displays fine without having anything enabled.

I'm going to save this post, and check with some stuff enabled, then come back and edit this post.

Edit - I temporarily allow "all this page" in noscript, that allows scripts from any site to run. Pale Moon doesn't automatically allow flash to run. I didn't get asked if I want it to run. I usually have to click on the flash element and allow it in order for flash elements in the page like videos to run, but I don't see any blocked elements to click on to allow.

To everyone else - If anyone else has an experience similar to HerbVic's let me know and I will ask SI admins to remove the post.
