He should NOT disclose his tax return information. Anyone can bash anyone else with the material in a tax return. I think it is good to set a new precedent.

Perfect example. Idiots who know nothing about the subject can make this sound like nefarious behavior but it is, of course, the correct way of handling NOLs.
