It really is amazing how the RW is distorting what is going on with these cases against Exxon. They present it as a "free speech being denied" case, as though every company has the right to distort what their own research says about its main product. If a drug company marketed a drug that they knew was in fact harmful, would it be illegal to deny them the right to claim that it was not harmful?

I suppose it isn't surprising. They certainly denied that tobacco was harmful long after that was established.
