I think Yale Hirsh is the editor of the Ground Floor Newsletter. He has a large following of investors in the US and Canada.

I have read the recommendation, he really likes the prospects of Reg Tech. Maybe he knows something we don't know. I doubt he would put such a glowing recommendation unless he expected good news from the company.
