Yes, that's right. There are special rights for Blacks to use certain language, whereas Whites are prohibited.

Black have many special rights, exceptions, and benefits in our country, which are solely tied to skin color.

When Blacks are elected to Congress, they join a body called "the Congressional Black Caucus". Whites are banned from joining on the basis of skin color. Blacks in the CBC meet secretly to discuss Congressional agendas that they use to harm their White constituents. Hispanics and Muslims have similar self-segregated groups. Blacks, Hispanics, and Muslims form these groups to advance the interests of their groups at the expense of Whites. It's a fact, and it happens daily.
