It may put pressure on IT wages, but IT is increasingly putting pressure on many other wages. That sort of thing has to be done. The tech world is moving very very fast and young people must be fluent in it or they will be left behind. They may be left behind anyway, but at least they might have a chance if they have some understanding of this stuff.
