I think it's possible to say that in the narrow sense, Hillary was not responsible for what happened in Benghazi. In the broad sense, of course she was. She was the Secretary of State. But.....that's not the issue. She is, without a doubt, responsible for lying to the families and to the American people about it for purely political reasons. For that reason alone, she has no business running for President. Now, couple that with the private server issue and she should not only not be running for President......she should be in jail.
