Cutting the dividend is a tax on the poor.

That hurts the poor the most and still no taxes on anyone else, just the poor.

Let's establish normal taxes first, and a sales tax to catch some tax from the millions of annual interlopers who use our services. The should pay something.

Let's go after the poor last, not first.

Hammond would roll over in his grave. To him the dividend was sacred and not to be touched.

It was the peoples money and safe guarded the fund itself.
