Why are they are paying a $250,000 committment fee to an unnamed investor to refinance a note through February 1998. Thats a lot of fucking money for a short term note!!! I am really getting tired of this. Why doesn't the CEO issue a press release! Who is the investor? Is this the unnamed investor? Is this a loan shark? I sure wish I could get a piece of that action! A $250,000 up front fee for less than three month loan is a hell of a deal.
