"And hit you up for financing they couldn't get to save their struggling chain saw store" He didn't own any kind of a store. He just knew the person who did. He also knew the eventual buyer was looking for a bigger home. "Sweetheart financing is a gift" I wish I could have claimed the interest I received from "the gift" as a gift to me.It's a pity you didn't tell me about this sooner. Maybe I'll try this year. Will you pay the fines and penalties if they don't let me get away with it?
