'Several people (investors) are in semi-oficial contact as well as very private talks with board and management members trying to persuade them not to do another Reg D at these prices. Else, heads might fly again. There is a posibility of a customer equity infusion as well as few other, even better options.'
Are you saying that there are options better than reg D/S and yet it is going to take a lot of pressure for the board and the new and improved management to consider those? Are you saying that the wellfare of the loyal shareholders of this company is not exactly the primary concern of the management and the board? Is it still nothing other that having their salaries paid and the loyal Prince who pays these salaries handsomely rewarded? Hey, lets bring in the Reg D and let the hype kick in for one last time. It shouldn't be too difficult this time around. Fibre channel really is here now. There still are some deals out there they have been working on for more than a year now that might still get closed!
The only question is how much would the Prince be willing to shell out now? Considering how bad the current quater is likely to be, it might be considerably less than the current price.
With a possibility of zero Hucom sales this quater, what are the revenues likely to be? There have been no announcements of any sizable sales, no sales of a new switch, more writeoffs?, how much?
Are they gonna break a million in revenues? How much money would that leave in the bank?
What is happening with the Bull OEM? According to the roumors posted here, that particuliar OEM was inked as early as April to be formally announced in July because of 'Bull key folks vacations'(btw, isn't it August when French take their holidays?). If you go back you will find that this relationship has been going on since a year earlier, at least. Where are the sales? One would think that the new Escala MPP servers would take advantage of Ancor's technology. Are we saving the news for the upcoming hype attack? Maybe not. Bulls folks have never delivered OEM'g bleeding edge stuff from other companies(personal experience).
Year end, final, frantic, tax selling? Maybe. No real buying tells the real story though.
