Ozzie, Gene, Archie P, and All:

It would appear that our goal is to get answers and not get entangled from a legal perspective. I agree, except that is precisely what they probably expect us to do. Just fade away into the night while they sit smugly congratulating themsevles on the neat deal they pulled off on those gullible investors.

I would certainly be willing to fly down if we want to put this together and you need more folks than are located closeby. But I would not want to waste time coming down and then be met at a locked door or cancelled meeting. Please understand that I'm not trying to be a martyr, merely saying that I am willing to help rather than sit by while everyone else does the work.

But I certainly agree with the three of you, that to sit by and do nothing would almost be criminal on our part. Archie's right. This thing may belly up. I think we all knew that before our last plunge. That is not the issue here. The issues, which I won't repeat, are scattered throughout the last 10 or so posts.

Well, I suppose sleeping on this is the best idea at this juncture but I'll feel no different in the morning.

Regards,

HG

P.S. Laurens, your damn right we talked about football and your going to have to put up with it until JAN 25th when The Green Bay Packers win the Superbowl.
