Hi Wayne,
The 40% number is for fiscal 1997 and varies with seasonality - Q4 and Q3 tend to have more customers having shipments direct from the factory, while Q1 and 2 have traditionally had more sales out of the warehouse; there does seem to be a trend though for more sales to be direct from the factory.
