UP Again Today--A Few Pennies A Day... The bids are building, have averaged down and will do so again. Mexico is still the place to be..TEK very interested(also like their deal with WTC)..should be no resistance at these levels as you pointed out that most are in much higher. Also noticed that "tone" of junior market improving..ACA, WTC, PUG, DML, CRN, AVL among others. Regards
