Let's start off from the basics and, presumably, what most thinking people believe ....
There is a Creator, a God, or an Allah, or a Jehova, or ...., whatever. After all, "what's in a name".
That Creator is INFINITE in all respects and in all aspects of which we mere 'mortals' are aware of and are conversant with, ... and ABSOLUTELY CENTRAL to that is LOVE in the true and absolute essence and sense of its meaning.
EVERYTHING that exists, as we are able to perceive it, and to see it, and to feel it, and to know it, originated, in essence, from the Creator. And that includes each and every single human being.
EVERYTHING, in ESSENCE, that the Creator created must, in Essence, be perfect because everything that the Creator created must, in ESSENCE, have come from the Creator. Where else could that original "matter" or "material" have come from ?? There wasn't a second "Creator" sitting there, or a separate source of substance from which the Creator could have ORIGINALLY drawn from.
Therefore, the ESSENCE of everything, at its very core, must be of the same substance as is the Creator because that is where it originated from. Therefore each and every human being, at present on this planet, is connected through that central Essence that each of us has in common with each other, namely THAT from which came from the Creator.
Therefore when a new, innocent human being is born into this physical world it arrives, in Essence, perfect, irrespective of its shape or form or attributes, or tendencies, or personal desires, or affiliations, or whatever. How could that child be anything else, if its origin is from within the Creator ?
And if that tendency manifests itself, in time, to have an inclination or feeling or love towards someone of its own sex, can that possibly be an "evil" attribute or feeling, if it originated from within a creation which, in turn, originated from within the Creator ? There can be nothing "evil" about the Pure Love that is what the Creator is.
And if there are those who point to some text apparently written hundreds or thousands of years ago, by who knows who, stating that this is wrong or that is wrong or the other thing is a "sin(?)", or against the "word(?) of "God", let's ask the question, "If the Creator is INFINITE in ALL ASPECTS, why would the Creator need anything from its creations? Why would the Creator need to get angry, why would the Creator need any form of "revenge" or "retribution", why would the Creator want to be separated from its creations for "all eternity(??)", why would the Creator need to create a place called "hell(?)", that "place" that the human race came up with centuries ago ??" Hell is not a "place", hell is an experience we create.
The one thing that the VERY CENTRAL ESSENCE of each human being wants to achieve, is to be once again UNITED with that PRIMARY ESSENCE from which it came. And the one thing that the PRIMARY AND CENTRAL ESSENCE, the Creator, desires as well, is to have each and every one of its creations within it too. There is nothing about the INFINITE LOVE of the Creator that would want to have anything, or do anything, about keeping the Creator from its own creations because that is not what INFINITE LOVE is all about.
The Creator NEEDS NOTHING from ANYWHERE, from ANYTHING, from ANYONE because IT IS AND ALWAYS WAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE EVERYTHING. The Creator has created everything and anything that we can perceive. And all of that works and operates and functions according to the PURE and COMPLEX and DIVINE set of Laws and Rules and Functions, etc, etc, etc, that the Creator has put in place. And when we are here as mere mortals, ON THIS MORTAL COIL, it will very likely take us to THE END OF TIME, AS WE KNOW IT, to ever get to FULLY UNDERSTAND AND COMPREHEND AND KNOW all that the Creator has put in place in the planetary, universal, galactic, physical systems within which we exist in our HUMAN FORM.
And why did the Creator deem it necessary to create "Us" as we know us ? How else could the Creator purely know and perceive its own "all encompassing, all infinite aspects of its Creator self" other than by experiencing and witnessing all of that reflecting back from its pure CREATIVITY. In other words for the Creator to KNOW ITSELF EXPERIENTIALLY.
And when we see and experience what mankind defines as "bad" or evil", let's ponder on the principle that to REALLY KNOW WHAT IS DIVINELY GOOD ONE HAS TO KNOW AND EXPERIENCE WHAT IS THE OPPOSITE OF THAT. One cannot know what light is if there is no darkness. One cannot know what short if if there is not a long. One cannot know what something is unless you can know and experience what it ISN'T.
When "evil" occurrences occur in this world and there are those that ask, "why does God "allow" that ? What sort of benevolent God is that ?" Well let's not forget that the Creator gave FREE WILL to its creations. And it cannot be FREE if there are strings attached. The Creator doesn't care what its creations do, because the Creator has no preference in the matter. The Creator has given its creations the freedom to do as they please AND EXPERIENCE the results of that. The chance then, and the opportunity, then to create themselves in the image and likeness of Who They Really Are, based on the Grandest Idea of what it is of which they are capable.
And in all things there must be this ongoing search for the Real TRUTH of things. That TRUTH that surpasses all understanding. Because the one thing about TRUTH, and its never ending existence, is the fact that TRUTH does not rely for its EXISTENCE on whether or not it is accepted or believed by one or by many. TRUTH JUST IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE. |
