According to Little Rock police, Corey Eskridge turned himself in on Monday at the Little Rock Police Department 12th street location. He was taken in without incident. The shooting took place on Thursday at the Frontier Diner around 12:30 p.m. Harold Byrd, 77, died as a result. According to the original story, several people were inside the restaurant at the time of the shooting but were uninjured. Two other suspects, Adrian Avery, 21, and Marquis Parker, 19, were arrested and charged with capital murder and aggravated robbery.
