In the 20 year chart the year with the most terrorist acts is 1995. Funny, I don't remember that as being a bad year for terror, do you? Several years have no deaths? How do you have 32 terrorist attacks and no deaths in 2003? Are they counting protests at abortion clinics? The data is very suspect.
