Absolutely!
Now, since she de facto excluded herself from the possibility of being abused like some (Obama) pawn in this dirty political game, the case is in the hands of FBI only and the Court.
Very little if any chance for the liberal team headed by Obama to influence the outcome.

Again, a very smart move. Could she have prevented Bill Clinton to "visit" her plane? Probably not, so she turned the situation around the best she could - and guess who looks the smarter of the two after that uncalled for meeting :)
