I have no doubt that each and every person has his own concept of just who that riff raff comprises.

The country in America where the most wealth resides in the hands of the fewest people is Canada. 95% is possessed by 5% of the people. The country that has the greatest percentage of the relatively poor people is the USA. (30%)
The most aggressive, warlike, internally violent country with the worst record for foreign wars is the USA. (More murders per capita than any other nation, the only nation with a significant number of serial murderers, the only nation where kidnapping is a prevalent crime.)
The country with the most people in jail per capita in the world outside the former soviet union is Canada.
As far as Argentina's, Russia's, India's, China's, and Germany's penchant for institutionalized murder to solve political problems, all I can say is at least we have some things to be thankful for. What would you do, if it happened here? Everyone tells me that they would resist. I saw their resistance at Kent, Ohio, 26 years ago. They clap as the police state kills its victims. They should have shot Nelson Rockefeller.
