HG---Everybody---I see that we are up late tonite discussing the merits of our respective investments. I just got in from work a little while ago and had to do some reading just to get caught up on what is going on. I hate to see us at each other's throats for no reason. No one on this thread made any one of us spend our money or our time on this company. We each did it on our own.
Let's look at what is going on:
1. We have a company that(at least at first) seemed to have a great deal of promise, and was promoted by Kosteck to be trying to get on one of the boards.
2. Up until Sept. everything seemed to be OK---regular announcements on sales, acquisitions, etc.etc.---expecting a 10Q---Then nothing for three months. What happened all of a sudden?
3.Stock takes a dive--reason seems to be obvious--Select Capital.
4. It also seems obvious that Baker was expecting this dive, because he divested himself of a large block of shares.
Now, let's see what is really pissing us off. For one I have called and talked to Zani a few times and every time he has been extremely pleasant, not to mention optimistic, never giving any details, but hinting at positive things to come. The same when Archie called. When quizzed about the reports, specific dates were given, at least to me----so far no reports. To me that constitutes a bald face lie.
Now what are our options: 1. Gene makes a trip and beats them up, gets sent to jail. He cuts a deal with the DA, names all of us as co-conspirators, and we spend the rest of our life in jail waiting for the 10Q to come out. 2.We complain to the SEC. At this point let me ask a question. What weight do we carry, and what proof of anything do we have? 3. We go back to Zani, Baker, and that other clown and get more lies. 4. We take our lumps and go on with our lives.
Personally this is my feeling. If this is a legitimate company with real aspirations to be successful, the stock will eventually go back up despite the assholes at the helm. If it is a scam---it's a good one, because it has evidentely fooled a lot of people. I think that they are in trouble with cash. I also think that someone has an agenda, but I really don't think that the agenda is to steal my pennies. At this point I am willing to hold on to the stock until hell freezes over, because most of its value is gone anyway. What we need now is someone to be honest with us.
