I'm glad you've finally admitted it's impossible to achieve a gun free America. Now, don't you think it would be smart for Democrats to stop talking about it? After all, it just makes gun owners angry and worried Democrats might make it harder to buy guns in the future so they stock up now.

Plus it makes gun owners more likely to vote Republican. Do you know how many Americans vote Republican only because they think you Democrats will try to take their guns away?

There are a lot of Democrat causes that serve no other purpose than to piss off conservatives and make sure they vote Republican.

Forcing Christians to take part in things they object to morally is another one .... trying to force every business to pay for and supply abortificants, fining bakers for not making gay wedding cakes with two little gay liberals on top, etc. There's plenty of places to buy what they want so there's no reason for this but to give Christians the finger. You surely realize that there are Christians who vote Republican just because you Democrats go way out of your way to antagonize and insult them?

Maybe a lot of Democrats just want to be obnoxious assholes. Do you think you're one of those?
