Now, John obviously is no dummy and thus hardly checking in with "most cheaters".
Creating a new ID well hidden for all but the most sophisticated hackers ain't that difficult, as you also no doubt know.
Thus I seriously doubt, that our board management would have any kind of true evidence on hand of AntiO being identical to John - should that indeed be the case, which find hard to believe.

Most likely, as you suggested, AO may have been canned on suspicion only, "Innocent until proven guilty" is not valid everywhere on Earth as we so sadly know.
