These new contracts, especially with the Navy, certainly look promising. But I'm still waiting for some resolution of the issues with Sinovel. The summary of their current status, contained in the AMSC annual report, was encouraging only to the extent that some of the cases had survived being dismissed by Chinese courts. Art
