" When a stock hits a new low, it tends to bounce strongly back".

That is totally wrong! You don't know what your talking about! When a stock hits a new low or a new high it usually continues to hit new lows or new highs over the coming weeks! All the momentum players and momentum fund managers scan the daily new high and new low list for ideas. Trends like these don't usually reverse unless there is a specific reason for the new high ( window dressing at the end of the quarter) or new low ( tax selling, which may be applicable to Cube, but just remember, the quarter is not over yet).
