Doe it make you wonder if they are looking for cheap labour and gambling on crime? Who profits? Big business. Who pays? The tax payer.
Of course the criminal element like coming to the US. It has such a overblown need to show it's criminal past and in doing so have layed out the carpet for those are so inclined. They have brought it on themselves.
