Rarebird: I will yeild somewhat regarding stocks making new lows.

The same holds true with stocks making new highs. That is there
are reasons for stocks making new highs, and new lows. It's not
always a good idea to buy a stock based soley because the underlying security has traded recently near a new low. Nor is it
necessarily a prudent move to buy near a new high.

however, I can be a buzzard, and it's the nature of a buzzard to
find a free meal. For it has been said buy low, and sell high.
The best play for a short is to short at higher levels, with low short
interest, not at low price levels, with beaten down PEG numbers.
your play here is risky, and dangerous. Greed never wins in the
stock market. It seems to me we have already dropped recently from the 35 area to the 16 area. I say Cube closes the week out higher
then 17. I say the alignment with Dell is enough reason alone for me
to be a buyer here.

good luck c-ya!
