The company is trying to address its short term cash issue, making sure it will have access to enough operating cash to get to some actions/news that might help the share price. As we have discussed, the two actions that come to mind are the NDA submittal in September and hopefully sooner than that, a change in partners (like switching out of Takeda) to deal with the Sandoz situation. At least that is how I read it.
