Hi Tom -I'm not computer literate enough to post a highlighted link.The article I read is at www.talks.com under the archived section now of Shaking the money tree 12/23/97.The author has some concerns over the high p/e,which I must confess has been a concern of mine especially in these times. I also spotted a mention via fast.quote.com from the Washington Business Journal (12/23/97) which states that Ciena has purchased Astracom of Atlanta not so much for its products but for its people. This second article to me is both positive and negative.From the first article I had expected Ciena to be under pressure Monday. All in all Ciena broke out Monday afternoon and I wondered what the trigger was.Something because there was a higher high Tuesday. Any Ideas?
