The primary driver of the regime change in Ukraine was the Ukrainians. It wasn't some nefarious US plot it was a conflict among the Ukrainians.

I might have some problem with even a minimal Russian involvement in an internal Mexican conflict that results in regime change, but "having a problem with" doesn't equal "justifies armed intervention and annexation of territory".
