Sonny: TEF looks like it just completed a double bottom is moving up again. It also looks like it will have moderate resistance at 92 and strong resistance at 95. It hit 95 in June, July, and late September and retreated from those highs. As a short term trade, it looks like it has limited potential. The key to this would be the non-technical factors. Some good news couple easily propell it higher. It is a bit early yet, but the market looks like it will open down a bit. I expect the Globex numbers will change within the next hour to show a more favorable opening. I guess the Japanese and South Korean markets were closed today. Clinton
