He took great pains to point out that she did nothing criminal. Like he did when he spoke before Congress. Because, you know, he can't really recommend charges without something to charge for. I know, I know. The legal system is crap. Democrats should be chargeable regardless if they actually broke any laws. Which one of your rules of partisanship is that again? Surprisingly, he did spend a lot of time giving his own opinions. Exactly why he took that unusual step is up for speculation. Because his opinions are not really relevant.
