Is this your years of jurisprudence talking? Or just your partisanship? He explained why what happened wasn't a crime or crimes. He even took the wingnut's favorite example and explained why it wasn't the same as what Petraeus did. In fact, he pointed out the ways that Petraeus was lucky he wasn't charged with several felonies and only a misdemeanor. Petraeus broke actual laws. Clinton didn't. Do you really think that he gave her a special pass for some inexplicable reason?
