If you have any multimedia keys on your keyboard they may not work after the upgrade. If its just a basic keyboard it won't be a problem.

If you were running a laptop then I would suggest you contact Dell and ask the if the computer is Windows `10 compatible.

Actually just call Dell and ask them if its Windows 10 compatible see what they say.
