Probably not. Much of it might be built of materials that don't rust, and parts that could rust might be protected by coatings or coverings but coatings and coverings can wear away. They can be replaced but that's extra maintenance.

Also its not just corrosion. Physically the environment is in many ways harsher. For example on shore turbines usually are not exposed to large ocean waves.

Then there is the fact that the location will make maintenance more expensive, even if somehow no greater requirement for maintenance.
