After all, it was 2003, now, approaching 20 years ago. And Iraq WAS totally stable when Obama was elected. Part of being president is to take responsibility for your actions or your failures to act. That having been said, you have to realize that the Middle East was always going to be a mess. It isn't like infighting in the region just started after 2003.
