13D Filed today. Smith and Tryforos (they run a fund) bought a total of 561,100 shares since 12/18. This ups their share in CACC to 6.3M shares. Seems there's not much resistance until upper 9's. If we stay above 7, I think we will see 10 in the first quarter next year. Any other opinions? JG
