Dear Wade: I dont wish to get into an arguement about semantics or hourly rates as frankly I am not sure of the answer. But, I can tell you I would not tie up a MAJOR portion of my engineering staff at any reduced rate when I can just as easily get full booking and I seriously doubt JENKINS will either. Its one thing to do a Pilot project at reduced rate or even no rate but quite another to do a contract at that. As to billing rates, I believe some time ago this board determined that their average rate was $150 doesnt seem high to me. Mine was $350 6 years ago!! JDN
