You do know that is illegal? There is a technical term for it, "tax evasion". If he were still alive, Shearn Moody could tell you all about it. He owed $14 million in taxes because he used his Mom's foundation as a slush fund.

If you have any proof Bill is doing that, turn him in. The IRS should be very interested. That is unless you are just making shit up.
