More extended debate on this serious issue is needed after all the brutality of last week.
Your posted link still does report these figures & statements:

Homicides in the US by victim and perpetrator, 2014
Blacks killed by whites 7.6%

Whites killed by whites 82.4%

Whites killed by blacks 14.8%

Blacks killed by blacks 90%

'It does, however, underscore that a black person runs a far higher risk of being killed by another black person than for any other combination.'

'But look at those killings as a share of each ethnic group’s population, and it’s a very different story: black people are at three times as high a risk of dying at the hands of police as white people.'

Data: Federal Bureau of Investigation

- Yes, I do agree with the assessment made in your link that Blacks are probably 3 times more likely to be killed by Police than are white people.
- But is part of the problem because crime is so much higher among the Black Youth in the U.S.?

What are your solutions as regards these issues?

Also, is your Buzzfeed source really all that reliable?

'Is BuzzFeed Really America’s ‘Least Trusted’ News Source?'

"...So keep pitching to BuzzFeed writers and follow its newly reorganized PR team. Just don’t use it as a place to try and convince young people to support your political ideology"...

P.S. I will keep politics out of this issue if you agree to.
Otherwise, you will revert to calling Trump a 'serial liar'. A title, I believe, that clearly belongs Hillary Clinton.
