I agree...leaving the Marines in the barracks was a tactical error....Reagan was rightly criticized for it and should have been....but the Towers is a different story....no actionable intel does not make it incompetence...unless you are a partisan hack trying to make excuses for the obvious incompetence of Obozo and Hildabeast.....
