Scott, The private placement shares "might" have a lock-up provision. dunno? I do not know what the terms are but given the ridiculous low price of TRIBY at these current levels I seriously doubt if we are seeing any of that paper coming into the market during this carnage The only stats I have seen on Short positions ? dated 11/97.... viwes.com Another very comprehensive site for all you potential " Stock Gurus " BOOKMARK it...... en.com Once we get through this difficult year -end period and past the 31 day buy-back tax strategies, I believe Trinity will do just fine.
