24 months is pretty far out, but would capture everything mentioned at Analyst Day... A few obvious ones... Pona Optic data at ASH '17 Pona Optic 2L data (50% of pts. reach 12-mos.)....possibly ASCO '18 Briga ALTA 1L data (50% of events) at ASCO '18 '788 POC at ESMO '2017 (Her2 is critical as it represent half the market potential) A glimpse of the future... Next TKI nomination by YE' 17, look for IND in Q1'18 (patent will publish by YE'17) First immunokinase nomination in Q2'18, IND in Q4'18 (patent will publish by 1H'18) A few wild cards... Pona POC in any of several indications already in P2, followed by launch of pivotal trial. Development costs shared with Incyte, offset by milestone payments. Future combination studies launched by Q2'17 with pona or briga could show POC by mid-'18.
