Eman, I agree that it would not be difficult for Denner to get the share price above a dollar. But as I recall, the price has to stay above a dollar for 10 consecutive days to reset the clock. Given the 6M volume that occurred three weeks ago when the price went up to 60 cents (briefly), it could be challenging to maintain the price above a dollar IF there was no catalyst. The only catalyst that I can think of before the NDA submittal in September is getting rid of Sandoz for a better partner.
