Here's my predictions (or hallucinations) for QDEK in 1998:

1. QDEK releases increased sales ($20MM)for Q497 and moves up to $2.5 by 2/98. All the <$2 buyers sell because 25%-50% is just fine for now. Stock quickly drops back to floor of $2.
2. QDEK releases ANOTHER quarter of increasing sales ($25MM)for Q198. Stock blows up to $4+. All the <$3 buyers sell because 25%-50% is just fine for now. Stock quickly drops back to floor of $3.
3. April - Preferred shares convert at $3 diluting the outstanding shares to 50M+. Stock drops to $2 on shorting and selling.
4. Company is now "clean", sales improving, takeover rumors start. Stock blows up to $5+.
5. Takeover is announced at $6 share or 3X sales. No one can figure out why this non-software company would that multiple, and no one really cares, except those who are in at $6+.

Favorite three stocks (for short term capital gains/trading): QDEK, NSCP, COMS.
